Thinking of you traluvie!!0

Oh Traluvie, I am so sorry, perhaps it's best to see this as a respite? a break to get better, recharge your batteries, look after you and then who knows? You may feel well enough to return to work one day.

Dear Tracy
I am so sorry to read what happened today. You must be devastated. Things will get better for you, Tracy, but at the moment you must be going through quite a lot of different emotions.
Look after yourself and your family that is the most important thing to do now. We are always here for a chat and support.
I am sending gentle hugs for you.

Hi Tracy,
I am sorry flower and hope the meeting was okish? Its not easy that I do know (medically discharged in my 20's) and it brings home the fact your have got badder than you wanted to think you are but there is life after and well i think Poppy is right and try and think of it as a bit of respite.
I really am sorry and useless today at knowing what to say. You will be ok though and leaving you a cyber ((( ))). Cris x0 -
Tracey after seeing this thread I went into working matters forum and replied on your post..

Dear Tracy
I remember well being made redundant 7 years ago and it really sucks. I loved my six years in an afternoon job in the hr department of a local IT company. So I do know a little of what you are going through. Looking back it was probably one of the best things that happened to me and other doors have opened since and they most certainly will for you too.
Luv

Sorry to hear about your job Tracy.
I know how you feel to lose your job because of your health but at the end of the day it will be for the best. You are the one who needs to feel better about yourself and as others have said there is no point stressing about work because it will only make you worse. If you are in pain you stress and then that stress makes you worse then you are in more pain - its a vicious circle. I hope that now you are free from the worry about working (although its not a nice way for it to happen) you will be able to enjoy being at home, pottering about doing things that you want to at your own pace and then maybe you can think about working again when you feel better in yourself.
Look after yourself

Of course you are still going to be hugely flat, this is a major blow to you, your self-esteem, your view of yourself. I still think it is a blessing but one in a very heavy disguise. It will take time for you to absorb this and come to terms with it. Oh and thank you fro your thanks for the thread - I may be plain-spoken and not into the huggy thing but I am not completely without a heart. It lurks, somewhere. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

I read the thread. I'm so sorry, Tracey. I think it's probably normal to be feeling like this. I'm pleased to hear you're getting out. Chocolate should definitley be on the cards.

Hi Tracey,
That was an awful blow for you but as everyone has said your health comes first.
I hope the chat with your friend has helped to clear your thoughts a bit and hopefully as time goes on you will start to feel better in yourself.

Hi Tracy
Just seen this on WM and now here. So sorry lovey. I hope the friend gave you a big and that you are feeling a little more cheery after such bad news.
take care, I send some more (((( ))) to add to the pile.

Whoa what a huge pile of hugs i have recieved...
Thank you all...
You have been a great support and made me things clearer..
Had a lovely day with my friend, plenty of tea and good old chat she always says it as it is... honesty is definately the best policy..
Been busy sorting the kids outfits for red nose day tom, both happy and sorted now..
Have realised the energy i do have can be used so i can do things with the children, if i was working this would not be possible i would be worn out and exhauseted..
I am going to concentrate on my health so i am able to do things with the children.. and in time if i do feel better then that would be the time to look for appropiate work..
Thanks again..
Here's a big hug for you all to say thank you..
xxTracyxx0
