Good day if the current Mrs P has lost 2 ounces Bad day if she has gained 2 ounces Morning weigh in Nightmare Anyone with similar problems :roll: :roll: :roll: :roll:

    Oh, throw them out - a girl can tell what's what just by how her clothes fit. Now there's a thought - chuck out her clothes! I know what scales are, I choose to ignore them. DD

    Pick a day and weigh yourself only once a week. Your weight will go up and down. The best thing would be to go to boots and just weigh yourself once a week and throw your scales away. That way you will not be tempted to get on them.

    I don't weigh myself that often to be honest, but Husband does....he gains.... :???:

    Once a week and get weighed in boots/superdrug, thats what i used to do when i was trying to loose weight just gave up at the minute thou
