Had my first physio appt after my op today.

Apparently the muscles in my right leg are shot  (not surprised after 3 years of my left leg doing all the work  ).

Lots of muscle strengthening exercises to be done.

Hope everyone else is a well as can be.

Take care and keep on the good fight.

Rob

A little and often is the key here, not a huge burst then nothing. Anyway, what are muscles? Can anyone tell me? Should I have some too? Am I missing out on summat? DD

    Hi Rob

Well done, I hope the exercises go well and that you are not tempted to overdo things. Not sure if it has been mentioned but did your physio suggest hydrotherapy? It might help. Hope it goes well.

    Hi Rob,
It sounds as if you have got a lot of steady recuperating to do there. Take things steady and you will surely feel the benefits by summer.
    Wishing you all the best,
