What a lot of people don't know is how rich and influential Gadaffi is.
He owns streets of hotels all over the world. Wherever you go on holiday, you'll find luxurious hotels that Gadaffi owns.
Obviously, he has people he can call on at any time and any where if he really wanted to take someone out. He's a very dangerous opponent.
I think they see this as with Saddam Hussein, as an opportunity to get rid of one of the world's most feared terrorist organizations.

One minute we are told that the country is broke, we can afford nothing, everything will be cut back to within milimetres of its life, jobs will be lost etc etc etc, the next this apparently poverty-stricken country raises record amounts of money for Red Nose day and we are sending more military stuff abroad. Who is kidding who? DD

It's not any good having all that money etc if ya can't go anywhere to spend it!, I bet Amazon is doing a right old trade!.
What gets me is why Cameron is so keen on starting another stupid war, and one were borrowing money for, who makes out of this?, my guess is BA systems and the oil companies, blody country of ours always going to war, we have one every election these days.
I blame len if he'd popped a cap in his camel ridding **** all those years ago we'd be far better off, so next time Len put a bullet in his dome, split his wig for queen and country OK, I think you should be done for deriliction of duty all those years ago me old Taff mate!.

Now their saying the rebels are needing food etc, guess what I feel a UK tax payer sponserd air lift about to start!., our roads and infrastructure is in a mess were broke but Dave gets his war and BAE systems gets loads of wonga, don't ya just love democracy, and to think there maybe civillian casualties but be proud in the knoweldge they were killed by good honest British shrapnel and not that nasty Gadaffi stuff which is all sharp and smelly!.

Fisrtly the French now say they want to take control of this latest spat so I would let them fill their boots and do like the yanks and bugger off ASAP!, also if it's a no fly zone why are our planes dropping bombs on his infrastructure and ground kit, I thought the 1974 UN mandate was for air only, I know were all powerful but isn't it a bit iffy over stepping the line like we are, mind you if Balir got away with it I dare say Dave "the Geezer" Cameron can wing it at least he didn't need a second resolution but just ignored it another plus is he wont have the blood of 50K civillians on his hands.
