A cold lurking around the corner...?

...first time since I started taking Meth that I've had the feeling a cold might be lurking around the corner... the usual early signs - sore throat and a little bit bung-ed up...

Just wondered what everyone takes / if anyone takes anything at this point to keep it at bay? Not sure what I can take with the old Meth you see... I used to ram Day and Night nurse down which did the trick...

...sat here with some good old lemon and honey at the mo :)

    Hey.......

    A bit late for this one seeing that the horse seems to have already bolted but I'm sure you're eligible for the flu jab if you take meth or any other immunosuppressants.

    I have always been told that if I have a sore throat meth is to be missed for that week or until it has cleared. Please check with your rheumatology team as advice on this varies from area to area. I wish you well. DD
