Does anyone have experience of the benefits of postural taping or posture pals as a means of correcting posture and reducing pain

My physio used to tape my back up while I was in the correct posture, is that what you mean??
Not sure what tape she used but it would last a couple of days and I found it helpful..

Hi Lots of Pain (I hope you haven't got too much though),

Welcome to the forum from me as well and sorry you have had to find it but they are a good lot here.

I just want to say be a bit careful cus sometimes posture if dictated by the bones shifting and well it can really hurt them to try some of the things they do for correction.

getting the muscles even and making them as strong as you can is a good idea, in fact a really good idea but just be a bit careful.

Nice to meet you. Cris x
