buying online where i live

morning everyone

last week i ordered a cross cut shredder from an online company and to cut a long story short i dont think they got a clue when it comes to sending it here, i waited in yesterday nothing, and i dont really expect to see it but i am going to keep hassling them till i get satisfaction, the company dont deliver here, but trying to get them to listen is something else, oh well i keep on and on till i do get it sorted.

Why can't they deliver to you the post isn't selective is it??, if they want to do business in these hard times then you'd think they would want to assist you as much as they can, companies that come up with this kind of excuse don't deserve to be in business in the first place if you ask me.

There could be a time delay because of the sea between you and the mainland. I shouldn't think there would be a problem delivering to the Orkneys.
I once sent a letter to a friend ;white house on the seafront Dover and it got there.

Try it here in Spain they won't even take a credit card with over 2000 euros credit on it I can buy from sites outside Spain dead easy but here No way. :roll: :roll: :roll: :roll:

sorry i havent been on much since i posted this, but been trying to get info from the comapny and getting no where fast and it was so frustrating, anyway a neighbour took delivery of it and then last night turned up with it, oh boy i just stood there with a :shock: :shock: :shock: face and said i know what that is and the bloke just i told him about it and he said he wouldnt buy anything off them and why so i said who do you use ? this company had the item and paases the order to a third party and thats what made life difficult.

Never again i was so stressed and also had the feeling people where not telling what i wanted to know, they told the name of the carrier but not the one that took on its last leg of its journey, oh well all's well that ends well.
