Hi, You'll never guess what, I had a phone call and it was the hospital, now the gyne have decided that my cyst is just a cyst, they want me to go and see a spinal specialist now!

I have an appointment for 19th April. It was a big shock, although I am in a lot more pain in my neck and lower back, which makes an awful noise when I get up from sitting! My husband thinks I'm going for the full house and visiting every department in the hospital! I feel really embarressed. This afternoon, sitting and feeling a bit low about it all, I wondered if I have something mental, enjoying the attention I bring myself! I don't really think so, though. What next, I don't know! Sue xxx

This isn't a bad thing, woodbon, it means they are trying to find out what is wrong and sort it out. I am glad the cyst is OK and it makes sense to go and see someone that specialises in the bit that's hurting, yes? That date in April isn't too far away, another good thing I think. I wish you well. Thank you, everyone, I know I'm lucky they are taking care of things. Its just when I'm asked questions and talk over the history with another doctor, I feel embarressed I know its stupid and its just one more thing, I should be thinking, that maybe this time they will come up with something that helps the pain. Its getting worse lately and it would be nice to be fitter.
Thank you all for the support your giving me. It helps so much especially as I live in the country without many people around and now I don't work, its quite easy to sit and brood, like some old hen!!! I think groups like us are wonderful to keep in touch. Love Sue.xxx
