i thought i would do a post!

So come on Whats your favourite aroma/s and why? if you feel you would like to share, keep it clean!!


Mmmm i like freshly ground coffee, love the smell .

Vick because it remindes me of my Dad, i was 12 when he died :sad:

Funny one this the 'first' light of a cigarette :shock: i dont smoke, but i did years ago :???: :???:

Fresias. Fresh bread, hot from the oven. Winter washing - on the line, not to dry necessarily, but it does develop that lovely, cold clean smell, gorgeous. Mr DD's hair. Cut grass. Rain. DD

Oh Rose my dad used Vick vapour rub and the smell reminds me of him.My fave smells are roses,jasmine,chinese take aways,chocolate, fresh linen sheets, fresh baked bread and best of all TWO STROKE....fave perfume is the one Liz Hurley advertises (name escapes me) but got a bottle in the shower.

Honeysuckle in the evening and oddly same goes for broad beans they smell beautiful late in a summers evening.

Oh, germoline smells great... Takes me back to being a kid too, I constantly smelt of it as I was constantly hurting myself doing something mischievous or other, lol......

The smell of coffee beans being roasted.Reminds me of when I was little there was a shop in our local town where they did the roasting.There was always a cloud of blue smoke coming out of the extractor fan and blowing across the pavement (no doubt environmental health people would now take a dim view!!) :roll:

I agree with Tony, there is something comforting about proper Germoline. It has to be the pink stuff tho - do they still do the pink version? My mum used to have the small, flat tins.
