Best present ever!

i have just recieved an amazon gift voucher!!!i have managed to order 6 lovely lovely books....now i just have to wait patiently for them to arrive!!!!!!people think its boring but to me book tokens and vouchers are the best present anyone can buy me,i will drool over them when they arrive!! :smile:

    Cor, smashing! What a lovely present. I am awaiting an electronic Amazon voucher and I am going to put that towards an ipod shuffle. My computer won't talk to my MP3 player which is a damned nuisance as I love its design but can no longer load stuff. I am hoping the shuffle won't present such a problem. I'll be stuffed if it does. DD

    I used to love to read, last few years I just don't have the concentration nowadays, not sure if it's the pain or the meds but I start to read and just have to give up....

    The same with me Tony. I have quite a few books from the past few years to catch up on.But today i actually managed a chapter as I waited for my daughter at gym. Of coutse if any other parens had been there I would have chatted instead.

    Mainly fantasy lol but i got a couple of history.down and out in eighteenth century london which im really looking forward to :smile: oh and one about the rubbish and stench of london hmmmm make sure im not eating when i read that one!
