Hi folks... Some of you might know that I have been relying on our dear friend Mrs Lawson to post the pics on my Skeggy thread, including the mug shot now being used by interpol, I've now replaced that idiot friend of G'daffi that has been allowed over here on the most wanted list.. Lol
Anyway, I digress.....

I really enjoy taking photos wherever I go, and have asked my dear Joan if she will post some of the pics I've taken recently.. Wondered if anyone else had any they wanted to post.. I believe they have to be a certain size or something or other.. I have no means of doing this as I do not keep my photos in a bucket nor do I have an ar5e-faceBook account...

Hopefully Joan will be along at some point with a photo...

I'm not claiming they are anything special but I likes em, lol...

    Well, I'll say one thing tjt, you have a good eye for a picture, now comes the hard bit - where were you when you took them? (yes, I know, behind the camera, I meant geographically! Mind you, I guess you could say anywhere you like, how would we know? :smile: ) DD

    Hi folks, sorry I took so long to pop along, been rather sleepy... Lol

    Firstly, a big thank you to Mrs Lawson, you are indeed a kind and wonderful friend.. :grin::grin:

    First photo is indeed from Blanes, Spain.. Up at the Botanical Gardens..
    Other two are both up in Northumberland, at Keider Water on one of the many wonderful walks... Can't wait to get back there in Novemeber :grin:

    Thanks again Joan, and everyone else thanks for the comments.
    Last one was taken down by the almost frozen over canal during the really really cold snap we had not too long ago, it was minus thirteen at that point, my fingers sure did smart.. One has to suffer for ones art though, lol..

    I love photography but I find it difficult...I have to hold the camera in a portrait position so that the button is at the side.

    Have you sent on to calendar tony......will keep watching....weather pictures.

    I have sent the odd one or two into the show..
    Would it help you to grip the camera if you were to connect one of those small tripods into the base, might be easier to grip than the usually square and awkward camera itself, plus it should stabalise it a little at the same time. You can get them from some of the quid type shops I think.
