I just wanted to say a big thankyou to all who posted a reply to my post asking for advice re my lovely daughter whos 22 and just been diagnosed with spinal arthitis. Its so nice to get so much good advice but so sad to hear there are so many of us!
Sites like this make you realise that you're not on your own and there seems to be more advice here than at the GPs!!
So thanks you really are a lovely lot!! Hope you,re all having a good day. Luv Lizbet

    Hi Lizbet
How lovely of you....you are right this site is the best, I have been on just over year now, I was so down before I came on here, but the support is great, and like you say you don't feel like you are on your own.
I do hope you stay with us, it is nice to be able to talk, and get things off your chest.
We also have a good laugh , this is better than any meds.
I really wish you and your daughter well
    Love
