    Hi Val,

I get something similar in my right foot
like coco, i find hot water helps with this, either a hot bath or i have a lovely foot spa that heats the water so it doesnt get cold, i can use that for hours! I was told that it was most likely raynaulds that caused the pain and numbness tho and not the arthur. Especially when i go to the football, because its so cold in the stands!

I hope it feels better soon.

    Hi Val,

Flower feet are evil things and can really act up. I have trouble with mine and like the others heat helps but really only taking all pressure off the hurting bits stop it.

I just wonder cus of the numbness if it could be from your back? If it doesn't subside I think it might be best to mention it next time you see someone. Hope its a short once only thing. ((( ))) and hope apart from that your ok? Cris xx

Take a light-weight folding deck-chair with you so you can sit on the touchline as well as standing. That will help all your joints, ease the stress on your legs and feet and generally make life more comfortable as it should reduce the payback. Inflammatory arthritises do not generally react well to lack of movement plus pressure. Having a shower will set my knees off and as for queueing - forget it. Many the time I have deserted a queue as my joints are protesting. DD

    Hi Val

I hope you gave them a really good soak and you feel better now?

I have a folding chair like DD said which is also a walking stick you can sit on it and have a rest in future.

Hope all is well now and agree with Cris if it goes on and doesn't subside...mention it when you see someone incase it does come from your back?

    Love

    Toni xx
