I had a quick look on the net and there do not appear to be any shops advertising sale of this tape. I am sure you would need guidance on how to use this tape by someone professionally trained. Perhaps Kinesio UK can help you with your question(s).

I agree with Elna especially if it's the tape which gave you the blister :???:

I remember reading that this is a tape which should be applied by a physio as they have more than a rudimentary knowledge of anatomy and how muscles should be strapped up and supported. The same article also said it doesn't do much, it's just the latest fad being used by the super-fit to avoid harming themselves. Please be careful with it as you may do yourself more harm than good. My physio uses this tape on me. She taught my mum to do it for me as most taping techniques are too hard to do on yourself. Are you seeing a physio?

I have tried it on myself wrist calf and ankle, my physio is not that impressed with it and in reality neither am i. It is very expensive, its tends not to stick, have to be very careful not to apply any tension at the end or it really does not stick, if you take it off even quickly after applying the adhesive is just not there any more. If even a bit loose its hopeless oonce it gets wet

I think applied by a professional it might be OK and then you can wear it for about 5 days which is better than conventional tape

I'm not overly impressed with the tape either to be honest, although my physio thinks it's the bees knees. In my opinion, it's not great for on going chronic issues. It doesn't stick well on me either even if the skin is cleaned with alcohol before. I occasionally use it as it does provide some support but it's not miracle tape.

How do you think it compares with conventional strapping tape, I find that very good but itchy if it gets wet but it stays on well and is very good at controlling my posture
