Heal problems

Hi everyone,
This is probably going to sound really silly, but I have noticed that my left heal(the side of the arthritic hip) keeps going purple, and ice cold.
Has anyone else ever experienced this before with hip arthritis. My OH says I should go to the doctors but I'm not sure.
Have any of you experienced of this at all I'd really like to hear from you.

I haven't experienced this but it sounds like a circulation problem and you should get it checked out
Hope it turns out to be nothing & goes away soon

Hi The last few years I've noticed my feet swell by evening and they look as if the circulation isn't too good! It may be age with me! :???:
Do you get any pain? My husband has pain in one of his heels and the doc told him its a tendon thing because he stands a lot during the day. I think arthritis can cause it too. Love Suexx0 -
Hi Karen,
I've not experienced this but I agree that you should have a word with your GP.Love, Legs x

Hi Karen,
I do have that problem but i also have huge circulation problems so agree with the others you really do need to get t checked out. Hope its something simple flower. Cris x0 -
I agree, it sounds like a circulation thing, keep a record for a week or so perhaps of when and how it happens, how long it lasts, how long it stays away for before returning, that should give the doctor the information he needs to help diagnose things. Let us know how you get one. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

Thanks for all your advise, and DD I will keep a record, see if there is a pattern there, then as you said I can take it to the doctors.

Hi Karen,
Don#t keep a record of it and get it checked out cus it might be something pushing on and restricting a blood vessel... it might be nothing but it needs checking out. Cris x0 -
Just saw this Karen....hope it's nothing serious, but have to agree with the others...needs to be checked out to be on the safe side
Love
