Hi, I've got an appointment in the clinical physiotherapy dept at the hospital. Its about the pain in my back and spine and the nerve problem in my neck and elbows, caused by OA. The nerve conduction test showed it up last year, when I had carpel tunnel. The doctor who did the tests said that it was not much worse than the last time, which is good. I also have multiple joint OA.
He wrote to the plastics doctor who referred me and advised against surgery at the moment, he talked to me and said that I would need surgery one day but, to wait as long as possible, if I can bare to live with it.
This suits me and so he did that and I now have an appointment with the spinal specialist pysio on 19th of April. So I'll be hopeing some of you may like to sit in my pocket! Easter eggs will be provided!
I am glad that things are moving along now

Hi Sue,
I am sorry i haven't bumped into you for a bit and know its all been a bit rough for you flower.
With luck this will really help and will be in your pocket and eaves drop cus i wonder what they do.
Mine just looked at the notes and said 'Your an interesting case' and then only gave me acupuncture and the neck braces the rumo wanted but....
You know those machines they have that make you turn about with some support and they scan you while its moving? I would love to have one of those... I know its not what your having but just came to me that we should be allowed to have a go on them!
They colours dictate the pain and the lack of movement.....
Sure I seen that and was awake and not dreaming.....
You try and stay calm and will be welded i the pocket come what may on the 19th. Love and a hope things are at last going to come together for you. (((( )))) and more hopes. Cris xx0 -
The 19th woodbon? Count me in, I will be there and I hope they are able to give you some proper help and useful exercises - unlike the twerp you saw all that time ago. (It was you that saw a twerp, wasn't it? I am suddenly doubting my memory!) DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0
