    Hi Kat

I do hope that your cat will return. It's such a worry when they go missing like that, especially as you have rescued him already from being taken. I have been out searching for cats of mine in the past, only to find them sitting in the kitchen wondering what all the fuss is about when I came back

One of my cats even found his way to the local cattery, can you believe? The owner rang me to say that she had recognised him from when he'd been in there, so she put him in a pen until I went to pick him up. Another cat spent the night behind the bar in the village pub, having been locked in accidentally

I hope that Harry Potter turns up again soon.

    Joan

well he came in finally the early hours demanding food!!!...stayed long enough for a stroke and went back out agian,i think he must have found a comfy spot to sleep the day away now its sunny, but its such a worry with this other cat missing that people are going to keep taking Harry, fortunatly there are not many children round here,i think those that were chasing him must have been visiting so he will be left in peace today,They are a worry joan so like children!!

Thank you tony, fingers crossed (well if we could  )the rheumy nurse can help, things have been worse since i fell down the stairs

Thought i would let you all know how my appointment went....im having an mri scan on my back finally!!! and i had xrays of my knees, she also noticed my hands and knees were puffy which has never happened before and im reducing the steroids hurray!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Harry has been missing all day agian but apparently he was around my sister in laws yesterday all day tormenting her cats, its harrys favourite pastime he sits outside their cat flap and they are too scared to go out, sometimes he sits on the flat roof above it with just a paw hanging over and the poor things sit frozen to scare to move....he is a really loving cat but for some reason he hates her cats lol

Hi KatKnapp, My cat goes off now and again found out the lady in the bungalow behind our back garden had been fussing him and feeding him. So he keeps going back for more!!
Bubba (our cat) also enjoys annoying the jack russell over our fence he will sit in there garden and when he gets let out bubba runs up there garden on to our fence (it is about 6ft high) and sends the jack russell nuts!! He is a clever boy! I do laugh when I hear the old lady shooing him off the fence!!
I hope your flare up eases off soon, I can imagine how much pain you are in and I know how painful the swelling of the knee must be, mine is even to painful to actually touch when I have a flare up. Take care and try and relax now you know what your cat is upto. I am sure your cat understands that if someone approaches him he doesn't know and tries to pick him up he needs to get home as fast as he can! My bubba will not go near anyone he doesn't know.
If you ever want to talk cats or flare ups your more than welcome to message me!

I have heard the Americans never let their cats out. It's not the done thing! I would have thought they are natural hunters and need to be outside and it is cruel to keep them indoors all day and night.
