Thank you to you all for the lovely birthday wishes and comments.Just back from Benidorm.No wild nightlife or clubbing,just a few good meals walks along the beaches and a general recharge of batteries.Last time I went as Hopalong cassidy every few steps agony Now strutting along with a spring in my step.Anyone offered a new hip Go for It :grin::grin::grin::grin:

    It is so good to hear that you had a great holiday and that your total hip replacement op has given you a new lease of life. For me too, with my new knees. Great isn't it? :grin:
