    Hi Tilly,
I posted on your other thread but I'm just so happy for you! Well done now you can relax a little. Why do they make people jump through hoops though? It's not like we want to be ill :x
I really hope you can start to feel a lot better soon and that Arthur b*****s off too  xxx

    Very well done Tilly.
Glad it went well for you, although having to 'fight' for what is
rightfully yours when you are ill is a disgrace.

Congratulations Tilly I am so pleased for you. It shouldn't have to be such a fight, I wish it wasn't and feel for those who are still being turned down.

That's great news for you Tilly!

Does that mean that you don't have to worry about working for now, or is that to enable you to cut down working hours??

I don't really know alot about all the various benefits around working but i am interested to find out!

Hiya thanks, I'm not working at the moment but I think I still hav to have a medical in april of this year and see how it goes from there!

Good luck to u all, I think its so wrong we have to go through these's hoops!

I also applied for DLA but was turned down, then went to tribunal and was declined, so they told me to reapply and i'm waiting for a 2nd hearing again! Soon as I know I will let u all know !

Can l suggest you get in touch with CAB or dial asap - they are the very best people to help you with your appeal.

Just to give you hope...a heck of a lot on here who have the strength to appeal have won.

    Love

    Toni

(hey Tilly :D nice to see you)
