Hi im new to Arthritis care forum, i am 47 years of age have 2 boy's 20/22 i have had Arthritis since the age of 13".

Since then like everyone else im sure you have all gone through some hard hard times. I have also beign diagnoised with Sjogrens Syndrome i have Chronic kidney Disease Stage 3" along with other things that happen along the way. I was just Woundering if anyone had been diagnoised with Still Disease ?? as i noticed that it has been on my hospital notes for some time and only now just realised what it is.

The problem is that i have a what looks and feels like a Lump in my neck and i have to go to the hospital to get it checked,But along side of that i now have swollen Lympe Glands under my arm.

If anyone can shed some light on this for me that would be great ,i am aware not 2 people are alike and everyone has there own problems .....

    Hi

welcome to the forums from me it IS good to meet you.

My rheumatologist has looked at Stills for me too because of a rash l get, but l think he has dismissed that one as well.

I beleive taht swollen lymph glands can show that you are fighting infection amongst other things, which l suppose makes some sense. I hope it is nothing serious, but am glad you are getting it checked out.

l hope someone comes along with some useful information for you soon...l'm sure they will

    Love

    Toni xx

Hi, I beleive that Still's disease is quite rare, so you may not get many responses to your request.

It is good to get your lump checked, they seem to be monitoring you well. I hope it all goes ok for you.

Hi and welcome to the forum. As Suzygirl has said I think that this is quite rare but I have seen it mentioned on here. If you go to the search button and type in Stills Disease it should take you to any topics that mention it.
Good luck with your appointment and please keep in touch and let us know how you get on.
