    Thank you so much everyone and Cris for starting this thread.

    I had the best of days. We went to Norfolk, found some tearooms where we had a bacon butty (2nd breakfast :shock: ) alongside a little garden centre where hubby bought me some rachet pruners for my arthritic hands - let me know if you want a trim anyone :wink:

    Went onto to Kings Lyn (never been before) for a little 'treat Legs to whatever she desires' shopping and a little look round a church (forgot the name of it now though :oops: ).

    Finished up at the seaside where I sat on the sea front opening all my birthday cards and we even had fish and chips with a can of Pepsi

    then .....

    I found all you lot who'd sent me good wishes in my pocket so we all had a party on the beach with special compacted sand for the zimmers, wheelchairs and walking wounded!! ....there was even a singing kitten there :wink:f025.giff010.gif

    No worries Jean and Kath as I'm still celebrating. We've had an M&S meal deal for £10 tonight ..................coo what value for money is that.:shock: :wink: Tomorrow off to younger sons for lunch and Sunday invited to elder son who is giving me a party for 4. A 4-day birthday not bad for this old gal ..................I'm aiming for the full week next year. :lol::lol::lol:
