Hi everyone
Wonder if anyone could help out here. I have a diagnosis of cervical and lumbar spondylosis, and OA in wrist thumbs and index fingers.recently I have been having problems with painful knees but my real worry is my right hip. Over the past 5 weeks or so on occassions I have had an excrutiating pain in my right hip - front and groin area it is so painful that I cannot put my foot to the floor it has roughly happened 6 times - but twice today. After the episode which lasts a couple of minutes its fine again. Do you think it is Athur?
Cath

    Hi Cath,
It sounds dreadful you poor thing  is there any way you could speak to your GP or ortho? think it needs to be looked into if it's deteriorating and causing so much pain.
I'm sorry I couldn't be more helpful Cath, but sending you buckets of hugs and love and hopes that it eases up soon.
    Take care xxx

    Cath chick

you have to brave a visit to the docs and have some xrays....no way you can risk dopng anything else...you ahve to know.

l will say that my MIL started with pain in her knees and it was her hip. Sooner you know though the better.

    Hi Cath
Im so sorry you are in even more pain, both my hips have seen better days, my consultants words....but I started with pain in my knee.....now I have bad sciatic pain down one leg...they say this has to be back...not so sure...the only pain that comes from my hips is if I try to move them sideways....wouldnt life be easier if all the pains where the same...if you get my drift.
I hope you get some answerer very soon
    Good Luck
