I am very confused

I got a letter from my GP today to help towards my DLA claim.
She has written a very good and concise letter outlining all my issues.
My problem is that when i saw another GP after i got the xray results back she said i had arthritis in both hips and my spine. In the letter this GP has put spondilitis of the spine. When i googled it the only thing i came up with is anklosing spondilitis. Is this the same thing?? I'm not sure WHAT i've got now

Sometimes Drs use different teminology. I'd go back to your GP and ask him/her to explain what was written and why. Good luck. rita
