My so**ing knee just gave way and I have fallen over, hurt my elbow and my shin is blue and purple...ice pack in situ........ just gonna sit here and try and stay out of trouble...................never underestimate how shakie a tumble can make you feel....................

That fall must have really shaken you up, hope that you are resting now with your ice pack. That naughty tumble dryer, hope you gave it a good telling off. I know how it feels, I decided to fall down the stairs a while back and had a beauty up my arm and leg. So rest yourself.

it is horrible when you fall over and even worse when it is you leg that gives way.
my sister had a fall and it really knocked her confidence.

You poor thing , it really shakes you up, I fell a few weeks ago , I went to sit at my ironing board , but the chair moved and i went flying , you seem to hurt all over dont you.

Oh, sounds nasty! Yes, tumbles do hurt especially when you have sore joints, as well. You get lots of rest and I hope you soon feel better. Lots of love Sue xxxx((()))0

The fall wil have really shook you up. I have fallen a couple of times and it isn't very nice.
I hope the bruises are not too bad today and that you are not in too much pain.

You are right sometimes the shock can be worse then the injuries, I do hope you are feeling better.
Now you rest up...its know use telling you to be careful...the more careful I am the more I fall :shock:
