Cyclosporine

Hi I was wondering if anybody out there had experienced this
I’m now on 150mg cyclosporine a day along with 20mg of MTX, I’ve only been on it for 5wks (have been on the MTX forever) so I’m still getting used to the side effects of the 2 combined – I’ve been having the pretty standard ones such as nausea and loss of appetite but I’ve also had intermittent breast tenderness/ pain to coincide and wondered if anybody else had had this as a side effect. It’s fairly unpleasant and causing me a lot of discomfort. I will get an appointment to discuss it with my GP after the bank holiday madness just wondered if anybody else had had this and if they had any tips to relieve it or whether it’s just coincidence

    I took cyclosporin for a while, together with oral steroids and sulph but without meth. I think I dimly recall some tenderness but just put that down to being menopausal. I also became very hairy. I wish you well and I hope it begins to help with the RA. DD
