    Pixie has spent the last 2 hours tearing up the newspaper I put in her bed.......

    So she's making her nest......

    How long now????.....

    When ever she's ready I guess......

    The Underkeeper is with me.......He's so so excited........

    Awwww Rob I hope it all goes well for her....there is nothing nicer then seeing them born.....the underkeeper will be so thrilled...when they appear,,,and I cant wait. :grin:

    Well if no news is good news.........then its good news.....

    SHe's had a couple of small meals....

    Keeps going into her bed..........rips up some more paper......

    Then comes and sits by my side.......

    I'll keep everyone up to date as things happen........day or night..

    This is all very exciting!! I do love spaniels. Would love one of your pups but my little Honey would be filled with jealousy.

    I have a pregnant cat who is doing exactly what your dog is doing so it looks like the forum will be having pups and kittens very soon!!
    Minky has been shredding newspaper, prowling around behaving oddly, but thankfully is fast asleep in the nesting box i made for her, so fingers crossed she will have them in there.

    Good luck with the pups. Look forward to pics and i shall add pics of our kittens when they arrive

    Can't wait to see pictures of Rob's pups and Dotty's kittens. :grin: I hope that both Mums-to-be are doing well ( and their owners )

    Very true, Rob, she will do what she has to do when she wants to do it - or rather when nature decides it's the time! I guess Pixie has no say in the matter either.

    Re the 'piggy' comment - wouldn't you be a fat little shape if you were a)small and b) pregnant? Poor girl, I bet she is all uncomfy. Not nice for her at all. DD
