    Thanks Del,

Have had a look too. I hope all the publicity is making a lot of people more aware of how the disabled are being treated.

    Well spotted Del.

I did notice, using the DWP March 2011 accounts, that the Tribunal Service cost £16.9m and Atos Medical charged £11.8m. Tribunals cost DWP £5m+ more than the service provided every month, the cost to us taxpayers of this charade is astronomical. That's at least £60m per year extra.

Is the DWP really so dim?

Thanks Del, I will have a nose through, well spotted. Don't the DWP realise that all this is costing them more than the payments made? How bonkers is all this. XX

In theory then since 61% of ESA claims are won at Tribunal and hence wrong decisions ..If the DWP actually made the right decisions in the first place then we would save £7 million :)

No, they could not possibly think so laterally and logically, more is the pity.
