Hi just came on here to say just had my refund from the ESA Dept, after winning my ESA tribunal in April.

Please if your in the middle of going throught the ESA appeal stage please don't give up, and persevere with it! It has taken me from the 25th of June 2010 till 11th of April 2011 to win appeal and through all the lows and even nearly given up at times I kept goin with the help of my partner and my parents and this website which was a huge help!

I can now adapt my little flat and buy things to help make my life easier  and ease the pain.

Just a shame we have to jump through these hoops.

Thanks for reading

Lisa I am made up for you, really pleased, but as you say, it is shameful that we are made to jump through hoops to get to such a point. I have had battles with the DWP and gave up for a year, as it was only adding to my problems. But, I won too, for now, no doubt I will have to fight again, later this year, but fight I will.
It is a boost to all those who are going through the appeal process, that things can turn out in your favour.
Well done - you take care XX I am off to get the champagne. n015.gif some Bubbles, from Bubbles XX
