Hi Hileena,
Good luck for Tuesday, hopefully it will work for you having the two treatments in one week. Perhaps you might be offered an extension to the course if it works for you.
It will be interesting to find out how you get on after a couple of weeks.

I hope it has a noticeable effect Hileena - and in a good way! Let us know how you get on, please. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

Hi,
Yep I'll post after I have the first one or two {first week} and tell you how its doing.....going to ask him to recommend a private acupuncturist that maybe I could go to in between times for a top up......wont be often because it will be expensive but it would be nice to know.

Hi, This is just a report after my first acupuncture.
Had it yesterday....my back was sore before I went and its still very sore so thats 24hrs ago and no results as yet. The last time it eased the pain....not for long but it did ease it.
oh well we'll see what Friday brings.
I have thought of going back to the osteopath I used to have.....he was very good and I only used him when I needed him. I wondered if going back to him {if I was still really sore} in the 4 months between these acupuncture sessions might do any good?

i have been having accupunture for a few months and i find real relief. i first was offered accupuncture after being in physio for a year and my physio asked if he could try it on me so i said why not. within minutes, the pain eased, much to my surprise. even though the results do not last long, it is just nice to have the pain ease for a while.
best of luck and hope you finds it gives you some relief toox Anna x0 -
Hi Glad its helping you......It didnt work immediatly for me but I found after he did it the first time the next day I was much better....as you say....doesnt last long but its good to have some relief.....do you have any limits as to how many you can have at one time.??
I think it was 7 i got the first time and then they said that was all the NHS would allow them to do and if I rang back in 3 to 4 months he would organise another session. Yesteerday was the first one of the second session

Hi Hileena
Sorry am only just catching up with this thread. Sorry the first session didn't bring immediate relief but I hope Friday is a good session for you. I haven't tried it but know you were pleased with the results from previous experience. Really hope it does help again.
take care and let us know how it goes.

They only would allow me three sessions on the NHS but luckily I have health insurance so had treatments privately until my allowance ran out.
Best wishesx Anna x0 -

At your age, hileena, that is more than enough excitement! (That was typed with affection, I trust you know that ) Enjoy your dinner with Peter - whilst you are out gallivanting I shall be looking through my new Avon catalogue and thinking of you! The best of luck for tomorrow, I hope the session goes well and the benefit turns up a little more quickly this time. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0
