Hello, do you have a social worker? My niece has had to get a lot of alterations to her house and equipment, as she has a neuro condition. Or you could try an Occupational Therapist they can help with some things and will know the form. I think anyone can ring social services and ask about equipment and alterations they need.
I hope you can find out the information you need. Love Suexx

    Hi Beano

Welcome to the forum. Not sure I can add to what Sue has said, but I do know they are pretty expensive so some help would be appreciated. I can only think that maybe occupational therapists would maybe able to guide you as they will be aware of what's out there and how helpful such things can be to your life. I hope others may be able to advise when they see you here.
    take care

A welcome form me too

l hope you find the forums as useful as l have.

l would say the suggestions you ahve been given will be a really good starting place to try to get funding.

Ther was a time when the DSS could make grants/loans to help people at risk of not being able to live at home due to the need for an item of equipment.

Also there are charlities you can apply to....CAB may have a copy of the charities handbook which lists them under things like disability/age (kids/the elderly etc). Mind l expect you could google that these days!!

    Love
