not been around much since getting back off hol. coming home had isle seat the bloke next to me seemed to feel he shud have half my seat as well sat lent over but this caused bad knee and hip to hurt. so made sure he moved over allowing me my space back but it was to late knee has been swollen since and hip painful was taking ibuprofen to help swelling go down this irritated stomacher so had to go back on stomach protector get some interjection meds all settleing now can move with out feeling like pain taking over my life val

Oh Val, sorry about being squashed and the meds upsetting your tummy. Why do some people think it is ok to take up so much space?!
Hope the holiday was lovely prior to that.
SpeedyI have had OA since mid twenties. It affects my hips and knees. I had a THR on the left aged 30 and now have a resurface-replacement on the right - done May 2010.0 -
That sounds like the plane journey from hell, valval. There's little enough room on some planes/with some airlines to start with.
Glad you're getting things under control but such a shame you had to.
Hope things keep improving.If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

thanks for replys getting there hate taking this many meds but it the only way to cope with work and life at min, feel like pill popper good and propper.weather not helping but will throw this off can sleep again and move with out side/back going into spasam the pain was so great could not get comphy but can sit and lay down now knee settleing down not moving about so much but still clicking lol any one would think just had my 100th birthday not 50th it such a releafe to be able to breath deeper.
