butt ache

i am getting a very niggly ache just below my butt on the right dont feel as if i have done any thing different , but it is an ouch type thing , :roll:makes a change from the pain in the butt from OH x

He will appreciate the rest Hoe it will soon stop for you and you will feel a lot less pain. Is it the same side as your knee? I just wonder if its the other side weather your walking a bit twisted and thats putting strain on your hip the other side but it would be worth getting it checked out if it doesn't stop soon. Both cheeks for me, caused by my sacro-iliac joints. I dunno if that is the case for you, perhaps your GP could advise? I hope it eases soon. DD

i get something similar also but more on the bottom of my tailbone. It is so painful at times i have to lie down as i cant sit on it.

I hope you get it sorted or at least some pain relief
