Hello everyone
I just want to say a huge thankyou to all of you for your post on my other thread....I really have read them all...and they helped more then you will ever know.
Im so sorry I deserted you all, but I didn't want to keep posting while I was so down.
My latest news is I went to see my hip consultant, and I wrote everything down, he was so very kind, and did understand,I took along a copy of my back MRI scan, so before he dose my first THR he is sending me to see a neurologist, he said that he will be able to work out how much nerve pain I am having from my back.
So there you go I haven't moved on much, but I feel much happier now I get on with my consultant.
Love to all of you

It's lovely to hear from you, I have been thinking of you, I hope that you will be back with us soon because you have been sorely missed. As for the support - well, you are one of the most supportive to others on here and it's good that we could repay you in kind (even if the reason you needed the support was so shift). DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

Barbara, that is such good news! I can 'feel' the relief. I'm so pleased things have finally taken an upturn and you can feel a little more relaxed about things.
No need to apologise for the disappearing act. I have a tendency to crawl under a stone 'til things improve too.
I really am dead chuffed for you.If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

Hi, glad things are a bit better for you now. With Best Wishes for all to go well for you! I'm sure it will!!!
We understand how you felt, I think, we all need to climb into our shells and hide away sometimes, its just another way of coping, so don't worry about appologising. Lots of love Suexxx0 -

Dear Barbara
I am so relieved that you have made a step(s) a little further on now and things are clearer in your mind plus you took to your consultant, who does seem to genuinely wish to help and sort things out for you.
Let's hope that you do not have to wait too long for this appointment.
