HI everyone. my name is Helen, Im 39 and have crap joints! Ive had joint pain for years to varying degrees and its only recently that things have degraded to the point where someone has put a name to it. I have OA in my feet but I dont think thats how it started if that makes sense. Im pretty sure something else is going on and telling me Im unlucky really doesnt cut it.
Anyway, my reason for posting....I have a really awful aching sensation in my lower legs and feet and in my left arm/hand and am looking for reasons for it really. Im pretty sure its related to the issues with my joints as it worsens when they do but its sooooo painful it makes me want to cry at times. Does anyone know what is causing it? Or suggest how to stop it? Im already on codeine and diclophenac and have lidocaine patches for the other bane of my life, CRPS.
Thanks in advance

Hi Helen, welcome to the forum...
Sadly we ain't doctors so can't really say what it could be.. But to be honest out does sound familiar to what a lot of us suffer with..
You could try giving the above helpline a ring, a chat with them may be helpful hun. This really is a great place for support & advice though & I'm sure that more folks will be along at some point, no don't with better advice than mine
Be well mi dear

Hi Helen,
Again from me welcome to the forum, I think as Tony has said you can contact the above helpline number, we can only advise from our experiences and help if you feel really low. And generally we all chat about anything we want. If you have an appointment or going to hospital we can be there for you in spirit.
Look forward to seeing you around the forum
