Righto, there must be a positive side to the added pain you are having today? ........ em, ...... this is the best I can do .....

Normally when we all have appointments the pain eases or dare I say it vanishes only to return with a whollop so at least the pain is giving you your first challenge to Challenging Pain?

I am so chuffed that you are going to this DD as for once you are concentrating on yourself and not us lot!

Hope you pick up some handy wee tips.

I am having a fair to middling day today pain-wise so I am taking some of your pain from you right now - feel it easing?

If you have to cancel this afternoon's work just do it and don't dwell on it as you are the important one here.

Keep smiling and truckin' on DD and have a decent day today.

I got home at 1.30 and, frankly, I am wiped out. I have to work soon (I have cancelled my last client, I know I cannot make it through to 6.30 tonight) and I am marshalling my thoughts about this morning. I will stick up a new thread later on, hopefully, but if not then tomorrow morning. Thanks everyone for your good wishes and interest, I appreciate it. DD

    Ditto. Or before if necessary.

New thread peeps, all done and dusted. Didn't sleep that well (humira whack last night was an absolute beggur) and not feeling that wonderful today but I am feeling better than yesterday so that is a good thing, yes? The wondrous realm of moderately grotty is now within reach - yay! DD
