I've heard that glucosamine is good for your joints, I've been taking [Link removed by moderator Z]since I run to stay fit. I don't know what the long term effects are, but I take it to help my joints and more of the preventative side.

    Hi
The latest i heard is that glucosamine is better for knees than hips.....but its a while back I heard that.,
A lot of us here have tried it but a lot of us {me inc  } havent taken it long enough to have an effect.
The way I look at things like that is.....it might not do any good but if it doesnt do any harm go ahead......It might have a palcebo effect but who cares if it helps some way.

    Love
    Hileena

My grandmother used the natural supplements MX High Potency Joint Aid. I don't know if you heard this product before, but if you will search over internet, it raves good reviews. It Increase mobility by reducing inflammation, swelling & stiffness and it reduce the pain and improve your quality of life. Just sharing my grandma joint pain supplements : )

I think it all depends on the type of arthritis one has and, indeed, on whether one actually has arthritis or just likes to think one has. Quite a few like to think they do which is why they swear by these things. If they actually had it, they would possibly come to a different conclusion methinks. It's a tricky business, this arthritis malarkey. DD
