I can't vouch for Ra but I promise that I won't do any botty burps
You will have to remind me tomorrow though, I'm so bad at remembering these things.. I know that apart from DD's pain course that there were other pocket duties today, I feel soooooo bad forgetting... I think our dear Julie had an appointment too?
Sorry folks...
Lol

Hi Val,
Will be with you tomorrow, don't let him ignore your chest, my rib pain IS caused by arthritis, that's what my Rheumy says.
I hope all goes well for you, sending love, strength and support in bucket loads to you xxx'grá agus solas'

Valval we are just getting ready to jump in your pocket i can vouch for my behaviour but in Maddie's case well i wouldn't like to say.
If you find the rheumy daunting then you could try remembering that he does "botty burps"(i did love that one Tony) as well . he is only human after all..
good luck

Doctors can be scary and for a number of good reasons. They know more than we do about all kindsa medical stuff, they are always fit and healthy ( what is that all about? How do they manage that?), they can be quite lofty in the way they talk to people (arrogance + disdain = male consultant - I know, I know, there are some good ones out there), and going to a clinic is daunting in itself. I remember my consultant telling me that she routinely ignores clinic BP tests as every patient is a little uptight, so that makes me wonder why they bother doing them  )
Imagine him sitting there in his pants. Not so scary after all, is he? We're behind you all the way valval, take your list and stick to it, write down what he tells you, it will all be fine I am sure. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0 -
Hope your appt goes well!!0

was one of the better ones you can all get out now hope you did not mind the trip to mum and dads on way back to see how dad was doing he loved so many of you coming think they need to stock up on tea and bickys.
back to the app did mention knee xray and chest he examined chest and said could have steroind injection if wanted one in it and knee told him would wait till gets worse (i know you can only have so many and do not want to waste them) so keep taking meds pain and others with ibuprophen thrown in when needed . did you notice the hesitation when he asked when did you have last bloods done well he just said if you can not remember must be due again grrr was in on time (he never runs late) had bloods made app for 6 months and out of hospital 30 min after going in got weighed as well in that time can not complaine thanks for coming does help when some one prodding you hugs to all valval0 -
I am glad it went well and that is one of the better ones! Go and have a rest now, these things can take it out of one, yes? DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0
