Hi all just a quick note to say hi and thanks for all your support re email. I cleaned some of my loft rooms and under eaves cupboards getting rid of the stuff you swear you will need for a few years then you throw it out
needless to say my hands and feet knees ...all my joints are in agony. so will not be typing much for a bit as this is vry painful.
No email back from nurse so finally asked on my very put upon busy husband and he has pencilled me in for tuesday afternoon as long as nothng comes up major for work. He is going to sort them out for me and support me physically and emotionally when I fall to bits telling them the recent problems and self care issues I have. and I am going to demand a steroid!

will be in touch later next week as i think this pain is gonna last a while. in the meantime I wish you alll well and ((((((())))))
much love

I like your style Theresa4. Take charge. Better still, get husband to take charge with you. I wish you all the luck in the world.

    Hi Theresa
We have all done this, and carry on doing it... then we suffer.
I do hope you get that steroid injection very soon, and what a lovely hubby you have.
    Take care.
    Love

Sorry that you are in so much pain. But these jobs have to be done don't they. You make sure you get your steroid injection. And from now try and rest up. I will be keeping my fingers crossed for you regarding next week.

You achieved something, that is your comfort whilst the pain has a go. You did it, you managed it, take pride in that fact. I hope it all eases soon. DD
