    Well the first one is by a group that are a plant that grows near water and the other one is a space ship with a mans name.

    Hi Karen well the first two clues were to do with the groups names, on and the first band are Canadian the seconed are from the US and were big in the 60's.

    So second clue, first lyric is about a kid driving a red car. Now heres another clue cars go fast and when you go fast your in a ?. Think of straw like plant that lives near rivers and you'll have this bands name.

    Second clue for lyric two is the song is named after an animal from Alice in Wonder land that had a time piece.
    Now come on you got to get it on that?!.

    At last!, right song what's the groups name though?.

    Second one is from an album Moving Pictures it's well known honest!, the group had their 25 year tour last years, the lead singers name is Geddy Lee!.

    Now if ya don't get that I'm going to shot next doors cat!.

    Way back in the dark ages when I lived in London I had a brief snog with the blond one when they were over on tour - I met the band in a restaurant, and was pretty clueless about who they were until they told me the band was over from Canada - but don't tell my O/H he doesn't know.
