Sore foot

Hello,

Got a new problem-what a nice birthday pressie! My right foot is really painful and I've never had this before. I've been on my feet all day and I started getting a sharp pain in my foot. It's in the ball joints of my little toe and the one next to it. I took my shoes off to have a look, expecting a wart or verruca but nothing there-no redness. It's very painful. Anyone else have/had this?

Thanks,

Magenta x

Both my feet get painful Magenta but not usually one on it's own.

Maybe you've overdone it if, as you say, you've been on them all day and you just might have been putting more pressure on the now-sore foot without realising. See how it is after a night's rest.

I can think of better birthday presents

    morning magenta

I hope after a nights rest your foot feels better.

Like linda says...perhaps you over did it.

    Take care

Hi - I am suffering from very sore & painful feet. Started a month ago. I have bought cushioned shoes & take painkillers to deal with it. I am currently lying in bed with feet resting on a large bag of frozen peas wrapped in a towel! Not glamorous the cooling sensation is wonderful.

My pain is in heels & balls of feet.

Hope yours is better today x

    Hello,

Sorry for not getting back sooner, I'm usually on late at night. My foot was sore when I woke up. It's not as sore as yesterday but the pain is still there. It's very odd, only affecting the last 2 toes. There's something in my foot, like 'gristle'? Now since pressing it, it's really painful. serves me right!!!!

    Hi Linda,

Any more news on a new date for the op? I'm ok, could be better (like everyone on here  ) but I finish work in a weeks time for 2 wks and I'm counting down the days.

    Glad you've managed out ,

    Keep smiling,

    Hello Magenta,
Sorry to hear about your sore foot, it does sound like you may have a
Mortons neuroma. It sounds like the pain I get and that was what I was told.
It feels very grissley and feels like i'm walking on rough ground all the time.
I had two toes fused to lift the pressure of it and that has helped but now and then the pain comes back.
I hope you get it sorted soon, let us know how you go
