Hi all,this time last week i was in the middle of a flare up now nearly back to normal!do flare ups always happen at the wrong time and how do they know this is an inconvinent time?my eldest son and his family have just moved back to england after spending 4 years in america and were coming to visit and taking us out to lunch(had to have pasta so didnt have to cut anything)
so far half dose of lef has caused no problems but its early days.Mig

Flares often coincide with stress or excitement ; so maybe this is why it hit you at the worst possible time . Good to hear you're now feeling better and can enjoy spending time with your son . Jillyb0
