Nope. You got me there, Princess935. Could you please run that concept past me again? No pain? What's that mean?

its probably because i had a lazy weekend and didnt really go out.

no walking around shopping = no pain, fridays are my worst days, usually mon- fri have pain all the time but gradually gets worse when hitting mid week, take it easy sat and sun because i was in so much pain.

So sorry no new concoction, but i will let you know if i manage to find anything lol x

day 3 no pain, just dont understand, think its gonna come back on me bad this weekend or something, theres no way this could happen without a consequence is there.

Wonder if the heat wave has had anything to do with it?

i know what it is, i went on s sunbed 3 times end of last week and yesterday. Not ideal to do everyday but might try it once a week see if it works. It must be the heat doing the trick and the sunbed is pretty hot

    thanks x

    Hi
Glad you found out what it is. Do you have a sunbed or do you go somewhere?
As you say not idael for every day but certainly if it helps its worth a try.

    Good Luck

I stayed in bed on Saturday due to feeling iffy from taking my Meths and I was also pain free. Just for that one evening.

    Hi Princess,
Well that is good news and long may it last for you. Well worth giving the sun bed a try every week and even a sauna if you can cope with it.
