Happiness flows and ebbs
like waves at sea
I hope you can catch a high wave
and be happy
Occasionally we fall off the board
feel we are drowning in life's sea
Out will come the rescue boats
to help you to safety
good will should be spread around
friends who show they care
a happy contented person
knows there friends are always there
be a good friend or neighbor
help and listen to a persons cry
spread a little love and joy
you'll be pleased you gave it a try
