Hello, Sorry, I've not been on lately as my computer seems to be having a funny turn, and I have not been able to use it! Or even use my e-mail.
Lucklly we don't rely on it and have my husbands laptop, so I can use it, but I don't like the keyboard, probably as I've alway used a desktop.
Just let you know that I'm still around. I was suppossed to be having my ATOS medical reassessment, this morning at 11.30. My husband had arranged to have time off to take me, which isn't easy in a school during term time. We live at least 15 miles from the centre and that includes going through the centre of the city, so we had to allow for traffic. They phoned me at 9.30 to say the doctor had rung in sick and they had no-one to see me.
Oh well, all the worrying and stress in vain, except that I will have to go through it again in a few weeks or so. At least we hadn't travelled through icy, snowy roads, as we did in December, when I had my original medical only to be told after 2 hours sitting in a waiting room to be told the doctor had gone home! I suppose I'm being paraniod, but isn't it strange that both medicals, where cancelled at the last moment?
Tonight I feel tired and all my aches and pains seem to have been worse. I got myself into a right state, knowing how horrible the last one was and worried as I'm sure, although I have a few more problems, they'd fail me like before and then its tribunal again. Sorry to rant on so. love sue,

Hi Sue,
I'm so sorry you had another cancelled medical, all that stress and worry really can't have helped you today.
I'm thinking positive thoughts that when you do have the medical it goes the way you want it to.

Oh Sue
that is just so unfair!!
I know the doc can't help being ill - and am sure he/she WAS really off sick, but that didn't stop you from being worried to death about it and clearly causing extra tension and pain as a result.
I hope that they were made aware that your husband took time off work for the appointment as you are unable to manage on your own?
Try to forget it Sue until you hear again.
Love

Morning sue
That must be so frustrating to have yet another appointment cancelled. Sorry the doc was ill but they should be able to cover for him surely afterall some one had to stand in for your husband at school.
I hope the next appointment goes well for you......3rd time lucky eh?
Take care and enjoy the weekend.

I am fuming for you, they can come and go has they please but if you didnt turn up...well we all know what that would mean.
Stress doesn't help one bit, I hope you have this good weather then you can unwind a little bit.
Good luck with the next oneLove

Thank you, for the replies. I'm feeling better today, although yesterday wasn't the best of days. The receptionist was quite understanding of the problems and none of its her fault anyway. I do think that if the doctor is away they should be able to find cover, butn there you are. I did let them know about Jerry having problems and I asked if possible, could I have an appointment out of term, which ends here on the 15th July, but I have to wait until the letter comes and if its difficult, they can change it.
The worst thing is the feeling of anti climax, as I had been going over things in my mind for quite a few days!
Now, for a few days I've been suffering computer withdrawal symptoms. I don't like this little lap top, although its better than nothing, but I'm worried I'll delete something vital, so I'll be comkng]]
and going for a few more days, but I will keep in tuch. Love Suexx0
