Hi Legs
Just calling in for pocket duty while there is still a bit of space, I know it will get even more crowded in here before Wednesday. Was so sorry to see your previous op. date was such an understandably upsetting time for you especially after you had been so positive and ready. So I have washed my hands before typing and will be thinking of you and crossing my fingers for a good day and a quick recovery.
take care
love and germ free hugs (((( ))))

Hi Linda,
Best wishes for Wednesday, I'll be in your pocket
love Eileen xx0 -
Hi Karen, thank you, maybe you thought you'd already offered to be in my pocket because of Julie's pink fish as opposed to your green
MinkyMash Debs I love egg sarnies but sneak some chocolate biscuits for me as I'm not keen on custard creams. Cyber sheep are defo welcome in the hossie especially after being dipped
Sticky - better get your pencil sharpened ready for the minutes and mine will have to be a tonic water till I'm off the strong meds  Glad your knee surprised you ............bet not much shocks you these days especially a bit of your own bod
Thanks Sue there's always room for someone with dippyhips
Hi Chris, yes I'm hoping it'll go ahead this time especially as I'm in tip top condition in an arthritic way .............. it'll be the law of **** if I get bumped
Hi Toni - hope the hairnet's dry in time, see you Wednesday
Thanks Bertygirl, keep your fingers crossed for me ............if you can
Hi Amanda WOW You may not need your pole vault because I'm not really a giraffe  I'll kneel down for you .........whoops forgot I can't kneel better bring your pole vault afterall
Thanks Julie my back-up battery girl
'Whacky Races' Lynn good job it wasn't the sisiter show 'Stop the Pigeon' because then we'd be in a mess  Now stop eating the grain I need you in beak condition
Eileen, I was hoping you'd show up - thank you, there's always room in my pocket for you

Ok ive got the choccy bickies.
Custard creams for the sheep.
the apparently festering egg sarnies for sedation, will save on a needle i suppose a large flask of tea & OH on standby to wake me up & pack me off..He will be happy getting rid of me
Keep me a good space in your pocket, i get claustrophobic (big word i had to use spell checker, i aint that clever  )
Take care now & it will all be over soon
luv minkymash debs0 -
Good luck!! Will be thinking of ya! x0

Leaving you my best love, my lovely friend.
With your positivity, you will do just fine. Have I already told you that once or twice??? Nah, not me!
I truly hope you have the epidural Legs. It was the nucleus of everything good, for me, resulting in a great, pain free recovery. It made it all seem more......acceptable, I think is a good description. Less hospitally! I had had my hair done the day before, and an hour and a quarter after the surgery, I was sitting up in bed, not a hair out of place, full slap on, and spraying Chanel 5 everywhere, waiting for visitors.
I`ll be in touch, my darlin`.........Much love........Ange.x0 -
Hi Minkymash Debs, knowing you're claustrophobic I've reserved a space for you in my open air trailer - that should let the aroma of the festering egg sarnies drift off into outer space. The trailer is also for the sheep dipped woolley ones.
Get OH to get you out of your pit at 5:00 a.m. as that's what time I have to be up and ready for and I don't want any of you on pocket duties having the luxury of a lie in
Hi Sophie, thank you, hope you'll be in the trailer too.
Ange, old bean, good to see you. I hope that I'll be just the same as you and am even thinking about booking the hossie hairdresser for Friday. hair is sooooooo important to a girl. Your positive information does me the world of good and I would think it helps others too.
Now we have some room in the pocket and also the trailer take your pickLove, Legs x

5am??? Is that when we're off? And not even a spot of GA so's we can catch up on our kip? Flippin' 'eck, Legs. I might even have to skip tonight's slurp of Sauvignon Blanc to guarantee being semi-alert at that time. This revision'd better be good. Good as mine will do nicely. Then we can party, eh?If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

Don't miss your Sauvignon on my account Sticky in fact have a few, we can always collect you when you're snoring, mouth agape and dribbling (not your most glamorous look ducky ), we'll load you in the trailer and wake you after it's all over
Looking forward to partying afterwardsLove, Legs x

You've been spying on me! You've blown my cover as a sweet, sedate, sober old granny. Did you have to let everyone know?If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

Hi Joan,
I shall be early on the list because they do major ops in the morning whilst the surgeons are fresh and have more time to spend on them.
Last time a lady with diabetes was before me and they do diabetic people first because of their blood sugars and not eating.
If there's no one diabetic I hope to be first on the list as my surgery will take minimum of 3 hours ..............if not I'll take your advice and ask for a film to watch.Love, Legs x

I will be with you in spirit tomorrow morning legs - I have to be at my hospital bright and early but only, alas, to collect the next few weeks' worth of injecting gunk. I sincerely hope all goes well, I may well be going on away on Saturday to a place without wi-fi  but I will relay a message or two to you somehow via one pigeon or another!
I wish you the very best, I hope it all goes well and makes the difference that is promised. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0 -
