Barley twists?? I've only ever read about them in school stories that are hundreds of years old :D

Cola bottles, penny chews, OPAL FRUITS when they had lemon and lime ones.

Kat, that was so spooky, we both put opal fruits (not starburst) at the same time! You've freaked me out now!

Remember the advert? The cowboy tired to the pole, chewing do long that all the 'injins' fell asleep...

I emailed the company that made them to ask if they would ever make them again, sadly not....:cry::cry::cry:

Hello again, Its Annette.. Rons OH.

Does anyone remember Coffee Crisp bars?...can't remember who made them but I used to buy them in our little village shop after school in the early 1960's, think they cost about sixpence. They were a thick wafer with a coffee aero on top and covered in chocolate and they were so yummy. Everyone that I have asked has never heard of them but I remember them so well I can almost taste it!

Do any of you folks rememeber it or even eaten one?

    All the best Annette

I used to love one particular sweet but I cant for the life of me remember what they were called.

They were green and white sweets, like opal fruits, but minty.

    Does anyone else remember them??
