Hi all,
It's 3 week since I first saw the consultant about my hip re surface failure and today I got my pre-op assessment date 26/7/11.
How's that for service!!!!!
Must have found something wrong in my blood tests about the metal ions being absorbed. That's the only thing I can think of for them doing it so quickly.
Can't wait!!!
3+years of pain since my hip op will soon be over.
Just thought I'd share my good news.
Take care
xx

Oh that is good news, I am so pleased for you daylily, I should be back by then (if we do go away) so I will be there for pocket duties if required. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

That's good to hear hun.. Bit like mine, I saw the Ortho surgeon for the first time on 22nd June, and on Monday (11the July) I am having my double arthroscopy

Good news, Daylily. I'm very pleased it's gone so well for you and hope that continues. If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

That is good news Daylily, you have suffered long enough. Fingers crossed early August you will have had it done and then you can get on with the recovery.
