This Sunday is the last edition of a paper that's been going for donkey's years. It's the corruption and bribery of police that's come to light. About time that these things came to light.
I wouldn't paper my toilet with it.

I agree that they should close down. I do, however, feel bad for the innocent people like electricians, secretaries etc who lose their jobs as a result.

I agree with you there, it's the workers that find themselves out of work I feel sorry for too.

I do hope they bring those responsible for the hacking to court...they have caused so much upset....and like you say lots of people will now lose there jobs.
But that wont matter to the murd...s they have billions stashed away...

I heard similar on the telly last night.

Haven`t bought red top gutter papers for years.

I gave up buying all newspapers last year when they all started spouting rubbish about the sick and disabled "scroungers" on benefits.
I and 100s of others went to the press complaints commission regarding an article in the mail about DLA claimants.
Apparently the mail was forced to print an admission that it was innaccurate and apologised.

Apparently a new paper was registered yesterday as "The Sunday Sun"
