Hi Crisov
Its good to see you, have you not been around, or have I missed you.
I have an awful story about camels...we went to Tunisia, and yes the camel rides has you do on holiday, well mine wasnt to bad...apart from the hump but my friends was in a bad mood, it turned its head to look at her, has if to say what you doing, then throw her off, she landed about 7FT away...broke her arm and ankle......that was the end of her holiday...but she has been back sense...but stayed clear of the camels
I hope you are keeping wellish and enjoying your holsLove

Hello noeltone, it's nice to hear from you. I know not of what you post but I do know an Elton John song that nicely sums up my life . . . 'Well it seems to me, you've lived your life, like a camel in the wind . . . . ' DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

Hi Chrisov
It's so nice to see you posting again and I hope you are well.
The camel thread was just around the time I joined, I seem to remember. Never having been on a forum of any kind previously, I was mystified about all the references to camels, and couldn't understand what they had to do with arthritis
Anyway, I'm as nutty as the rest of you now, so please include me in your camel escapades

Hi all my was it 3 years ago it only seems like yesterday when the camel thread began.
It was set up when I went on holiday yes it was to Tunisia and I promised to take peeps arthur with me to the desert and leave their arthurs stranded in the desert.
The plan nearly worked although Walt my camel did not quite manage to leave my arthur behind anyway as one day says see you in Dover now who was the old crew there was one day, me, jude, wonky another insane chap I can't recall his name atm and some others of course most have left the forum I guess keep on camelliing and dont get the hump about arthur try to keep on on smiling through.LOL from Noeltone Chrisov and Walt0 -
Hi Noeltone/or Christov as I remember you

My Camel was called "Camille" we had some great adventures can't believe it's been so long. Camille was so excited when I told her some of her friends had woken up from a never ending sleep she is looking forward to some more adventures although she is getting on a bit and does get the Hump often we will wait and see0

Everyone is welcome....
if you havent got a camel just hop onto someone elses and we will pick one up for you when we get there...might be best not rushing into getting your own camel though as theyre pesky beasts.
Camille, lovely name..
Hilena..cant remember your camels name, what have you done with it?!0 -
thanks for that link webmanger, brought a tear to my eye!
also seeing some long lost friends..remember Doug would only pop on now and again but with priceless wit!0 -

I will take your advice there for a bit Oneday!!!!
Don't want too much extra work!
Anyone got a camel with two humps???0 -
Well you go away for a year or three and the first thing you see when you come back is camels again.
I can't remember if I was a dung shifter, refreshment provider or storyteller (had to make sure you didn't get the first two mixed up).
Bert went bad, the humpy backed chap started making money on all his dodgy deals, he spent most of it on fast woman and booze, the rest he just wasted...
Ahh those were the days0 -
Hi doug....brill to you see, how are you?
i think i remember you being the dung person!! plenty of uses, building huts, cooking over, aint that bad....(i may have been lorri camela last time you were on, as since new forum we have reverted to our usernames as our names used on the threads too!)
Not many of the old gang about...
new camellers we have, wots the word, when they used to round up the sailors, the drunk ones,-word has gone...well, keep quite...new recruits....are with us now.0 -
How did I guess it would be the dung shifter, story of my life
Still could be worse.......Wait a minute no it couldn't.
Yes I believe the name Lorri Camela sends a shiver down my spine, ouch that hurts.0 -
Your name brings thoughts to me too!!
1. the guy who likes shopping and
2. the thread about the car park and dodgy goings on...loved that one.
Anyway, are you heading down to Dover with the camel. Me and Chrisov and slowly heading down with our new cameller apprentices - um, me thinks you could have an apprentice dunger....need to advertise in an appealing way!!!!!!!!!!!0
