    I was texted this today! Is someone trying to tell me something?

    By the way, who else HATES text talk? I can't stand it - why can't people spell properly? My daughter's best friend was texting me details of coming to our house for tea one evening and my last text to her said "That sounds fine. Perhaps while you're here, we can help you with your spelling, as you're obviously struggling!" :D My daughters have taken to actually SAYING "LOL" instead of laughing - what's that all about??

    Um.... OK, maybe people are trying to tell me something :D

    As an irregular but not infrequent reader and occasional poster on these forums I have formed the impression that most of the participants are female and whilst
    I accept that there maybe some lady wooshers, young as well as old, who may
    not be offended by obscenities I am sure there are a lot on here who would be.
    I am certain the lady who started this forum would be.
    "[TEXT REMOVED]" reads "TEXT REMOVED" in any language and I think it totally wrong for some
    cyber cavalier to put up a post simply to shock or annoy.
    Should he/she be asked to apologize and withdraw his post, and if he refuses
    be taken off the website?
